1. Purpose and availability
UrakkaOS is a project management and field data system for construction and contracting projects. It supports project documentation and the connection of project files to project records. The service is currently in development and limited testing. This public website provides information about the system; it does not offer a public account registration or a guarantee that every planned feature is available.
2. Accounts and authorized use
Use only an account and projects that you are authorized to access. Keep your credentials confidential, provide accurate information and notify Pohja Systems if you suspect unauthorized use. Access rights may vary by project and role.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and appropriateness of files and records you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload photographs, documents and personal information. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files or information that you are prohibited from sharing.
You retain any rights you hold in your content. You permit Pohja Systems and the service providers used by UrakkaOS to process it only as needed to operate the service as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your project files to Pohja Systems.
4. Google Drive and third-party services
Drive functions depend on a connected Google account, valid authorization, storage availability and appropriate access to the configured folders. Google Drive, Supabase and other infrastructure services are subject to their own terms and availability. You may revoke Google access in your Google Account settings; doing so may stop the related functions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access checks, access another project without permission, disclose integration credentials, interfere with service operation or use the service to violate another person’s rights. Do not treat access to a project as permission to use its information for unrelated purposes.
6. Records, backups and decisions
Check important records and uploaded files. Maintain appropriate independent copies of information that is important to you. UrakkaOS does not replace professional judgment, site safety procedures, contractual records or any legally required documentation. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability, recovery of every file or suitability for a particular project is made.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Pohja Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such limitation is lawful. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable mandatory consumer rights.
8. Changes and termination
Features may change or be withdrawn as development continues. Access may be suspended or ended for security reasons, misuse, loss of project authorization or discontinuation of the service. Contact Pohja Systems about access to or removal of your records. Ending access does not automatically remove files from Google Drive or override retention obligations.
9. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as UrakkaOS develops. The current version is published here with its effective date. Material changes affecting existing authorized users will be communicated through an appropriate available channel.
